[MilCom] Unidentified AR

[Mac McCormick III]

This morning I heard unidentified aircraft aerial refueling over SE Georgia.
The receivers were only IDing as 3# and the tanker never ID'd.  The AR was
on 378.200 and air-to-air for the 3# flight was 382.925.  The tanker
developed a problem with the drogue basket and was unable to continue
refueling.  The last thing I heard was the tanker asking if they had enough
fuel to get to their divert field, Gulfport (did not hear the reply).
