[MilCom] 287.45 TONES

Morning Kurt and all,

This is a freuqency within one of the new DoD wideband segments that we have 
found after the 225-380 MHz band realignment of the last few years. In 
April, I caught an aircraft sending Have Quick Timing TOD Mickey Tones on 
this freq here in the SE US. More than likely that is what you heard.
