6876.5 active briefly with TANGO 5 ROMEO calling 6 ROMEO.  Horrible 
audio, however.  This frequency active a few weeks back after the 
southern tornado outbreak with 516 ALPHA TULLAHOMA,  Tennessee NG Unit, 
calling the state or county EOC: 2259 USB Voice (16/MAY/2011) (JLM)
