[MilCom] Fwd [MilRadioComms] E-4B departure

I have amended the caption on my photo of the E-4B departure that I  posted 
to my Flickr site.  It now reads:
 
Here is a view of an E-4B that you don't get to see too often. The larger  
dark circle in the tail is the APU exhaust, and the smaller dark circle 
above it  is the 5-mile-long Trailing Wire Antenna that is spooled on a 
hydraulic winch,  and is deployed behind the plane in flight to provide for SLF 
comms.
