local static, but definitely US based & US accents.  Comms concerned 
"Relay Stations , old frequency use & PACTOR III".  Comms were long on

7630.5 AFA3AJ, USAF MARS station looking for an alternate net control 
station: 1248 USB Voice (11/MAY/2011) (JLM)

7535.0 DEFIANT GRAY calling NORFOLK SESEF.  NORFOLK SESEF passed DEFIANT 
GRAY's equipment list to MAYPORT SESEF.  MAYPORT SESEF confirming that 
DEFIANT GRAY would be using Transmitter 3 & Receiver 6 for testing.  All 
three stations with very strong signals: 1240 - 1255 USB Voice &

4780.0 GOLDEN PIRATE, Indiana Joint Forces HF Emergency Communications 
net control calling Southeast Region stations for radio checks.  BEDFORD 
& BLOOMINGTON called before signals dropped to zero: 1302 LSB Voice 
(11/MAY/2011) (JLM)

6885.0 US Military stations 5XG55005 calling 5XG35013 & passing ALE AMD 
Text messages.  One message indicated that "COALITION FORCES CURRENT 
ALERT CONDITION WHITE".  7451.0 USB also in use: 1430 - 1755 USB ALE

7632.0 NMN, USCG CAMSLANT, Chesapeake, VA entering the SHARES Regional 
Net: 1603 USB Voice (11/MAY/2011) (JLM)

12067.0 US Military station ROUGHNECK 14 calling ROUGHNECK 33 then "Any 
station, any station, radio check HOTEL FOX".  This frequency has been 
used for years with activity of this sort, usually involving the static
