[MilCom] Suspicious Aircraft In ZBW Airspace Transmitting Random Coordinates

Have had this particular aircraft on PP for a few minutes now and it keeps reporting random lat/long coordinates. Here's the log:

A4C03A N405LM 00000000 GLF5 Lockheed Martin Corp, Baltimore MD FL430 Squawk 6076

Perhaps they don't want their exact location to be known?
