[MilCom] 8992.0 - ANDREWS

     8992.0 was active at 0157z with ANDREWS (good levels, but audio
would sometimes drop one or more letters) bcsting a 23-character EAM
(VZF5OG) and ending with the "standing by for traffic" statement.

last reading of the string.]

     8992.0 was active at 0204z with ANDREWS beginning the rebroadcast
of AZHZTK but disregarding the string after the first reading of the
preamble.

     8992.0 was active at 0206z with ANDREWS re-bcsting the
22-character AZHZTK and the 32-character PU5357 and ending with the
"standing by for traffic" statement.  Delayed h+00 broadcast?
