[MilCom] Sheppard AFB area am log

I wondered the same thing Blaine.  Judging by the callsigns I'm wondering if this isn't a training AR freq for the tankers out of Altus AFB, OK.  I put it in the scanner to see what I can pick up because I didn't have it either.  Nice to get a new freq.  Thanks for posting your logs Shane!
