[MilCom] FRG 100 off topic sorry

Very sorry for the off topic post.

Does anybody know what brand/type capacitors are recommended for the
audio modification on the Yeasu FRG-100? The audio is poor trying to 
copy numbers and single letters. I have too many of these radios to
experiment. I need to get it right the first time.
