[MilCom] 11175.0 - TIP TANK and SPARKY

      Just after STRATCOM's (too much echo on the callsign to
understand the id) new day communications test count on the HFGCS
around 0027z+/- TIP TANK (good levels here) popped up and called
SPARKY apparently in the blind and said "ETA your station 0050" and
gone.
