[MilCom] 8992.0 - ROKE 04 with SKYMASTER traffic

     4724.0 was active at 0100z with RATED MAN (good levels; unheard
at higher freqs) bcsting his strings and standing by for traffic.

     8992.0 was active at 0107z with ROKE 04 (spelled callsign)
calling SKYMASTER and passing JFXZ.

     6833.0 was found active at 0110z with 6AK (good levels but fading
to weak by end of bcst; female opr) bcsting at least 3 28-character
EAMs (PBEALZ; PB7FRM; PBKXXP).  PBKXXP fits past trigraph practice of
many years of subtle variations found within these strings as the
event plays out.  PBKXXP(BPK5P...) is a variant of PBYKXX(PBPKP5...).
