[MilCom] 8992.0 - OLIVE OIL

     8992.0 was active at 2330z with OLIVE OIL (fair) bcsting 2
28-character EAMs (PBYKXX; PB2EEE; PB6K4B has apparently expired from
the queue) and closing with the standing by for traffic statement.  As
with the 2300z xmsn there was strong hum on the audio until a point
within the 2nd reading of the first string.

     7501.0 was found active with an EAM string but the trigraph was
mostly unheard here.

     11175.0 was active at 2340z with REAR DOOR (weak/barely readable)
bcsting PBYKXX and PB2EEE and closing with the standing by for traffic
statement.

      Nothing heard here at h+20/h+50 but I suspect it's there but not
propagating to here at this time.

     11175.0 was active at 2343z with SPA 03 calling SKYMASTER and
passing SOLY.  At 2347z SPA 06 called SKYMASTER and passed NSAW.  The
response was at fair/good levels but I missed the id.  Signal quality
was like a HFGCS ground station.  At 2350z that same station
acknowledged FZLO from an unheard callsign.
