[MilCom] Lacey 1 & 2 on 123.0

LACEY 1 & 2 conducting aerial maneuvers since 9AM, still at it.

Initially heard them inbound to orbit over Santa Catalina to enter the
track. Due to that description I thought they were A/R tankers. Then they
were in contact with CROWN (I can't hear CROWN) and referring to cards,
different maneuvers at different altitudes and headings, inbound and
outbound. Sounds more like flight testing now. At one point when LACEY 1
called LACEY 2 he said "LEAR 2, I mean LACEY 2 ...", so this might be a
pair of Lears doing flight evaluations.

Isn't CROWN the call sign that carrier air cover uses? Perhaps this is a
couple of Learjets from Flight International working with a carrier? That
would explain the use of 123.15 for their a/a work. Possibilities,
possibilities. Is anyone else hearing this? Does anyone know who they are
and what they're doing?
