[MilCom] CLEAN 01, CLEAN 91 FLIGHTS

Further, CLEAN 01 is blocking FL250 to FL270, and I'm hearing them talking to Winnipeg ATC on the 123.8 transmitter in Regina.

CLEAN 01 and CLEAN 91 FLIGHTS heard working with Winnipeg ATC. CLEAN 91 id'd as a KC-10, about 15 minutes ahead of CLEAN 01. 

They are "flying towards Winnipeg airspace", so I suspect they are over central Saskatchewan, flying south eastward.

I am not getting any hits on any of the Coronet air to air frequencies, but the two CLEAN flights are in contact with each other. I am only hearing them talking to Winnipeg ATC through their linked transmitters, so I suspect the aircraft themselves are out of my range.
