Thanks for the replies. When I saw the company name was "A-4L" I had to
wonder if it was a restored A-4. Don't see many A-4's flying anymore,
much less in civilian hands. Most of them are just sitting at museums.
What caught my attention was that it was a civil a/c requesting military
ATC freqs. At this point my guess is that they haven't added a VHF radio
to the restoration/ upgrade, so he probably has UHF only.
