[MilCom] Unk Flight CA to Amarillo, TX

A few minutes ago I caught N147AT on 307.1 ZLA Newhall sector switching
to 284.7 ZLA Barstow sector. He ID'ed as N147AT. I could only hear him,
not the ATC. He repeated his course direct Palmdale, Hector, Victor 12. I
looked him up on Flite Aware. There is no photo of the aircraft but the
registration info ID's it as a single engine a/c registered to A-4L LLC
in Anaheim, CA. Origin was Ventura  County AP, eta to destination at
Amarillo IAP is 20:49 Central time.

He switched to 360.65 ZLA heading east. During these hand-offs he asks
for a UHF freq. Does anyone know what or who this is?
