[MilCom] Air to Air on 341.75

I was in Cloverdale, Ca (North part of Sonoma County) on Wednesday about 
1310 local time and heard 43 talking to 42 about setting up the V-Sat. 
He could not find the right uplink & downlink frequencies.  He wanted 
some frequencies in channel numbers 60's and only had 70's. 42 told him 
to go to comm 2, Sat C, R8, code 1-3, 12 aux and he should be able to 
set it up. (I think I have all that right).

Latter heard (I think) Dama 41, 42 & 43 on same freq. Then 41 to Quid 
ops ( ops not heard)talking about bad weather and would be late for 
their AR.  Maybe circle at the IP.

Any help on this one, Oregon Air National Guard?
