[MilCom] 11220.0 - ALOE VERA and MCCLELLAN

     11175.0 was active at 1741z with ALOE VERA (or sounds like;
weak/mostly unreadable) working MCCLELLAN (fair).  MCCLELLAN attempted
to move them to 11220.0.

     11220.0 was active at 1744z with MCCLELLAN (fair/good) calling
ALOE VERA and quiet.  A moment later ALOE VERA came up on freq and
called MCCLELLAN with no know response and quiet.
