 One of the test Air Force C-27J just landed at KHSV on 120.8,125.6,127.6,also 
they are still working to clear runways and taxiways,tower just talked to OPS 
23,OP 23 says priority 1 is clearing the long runway and some of the taxiways on 
west side,tower advises,because they are only down to one runway,they need 
taxiway E3 and E5 cleared on east side.
