7535.0 New USN vessel is SEA SENSOR (sounds like) testing "ANDVT" with 
NORFOLK SESEF.  One SEA SENSOR transmitter came up briefly on 7530.0 USB 
before correct frequency relayed by SESEF: 1737 USB Voice (11/JAN/2011)
