[MilCom] Harriers in Savannah

A flight of 4 AV-8B Harriers, SPADE 2#, is working out of Savannah IAP this
weekend.  They're currently working in the Bulldog MOA on 343.750 and using
363.300 for air-to-air.  In transit between the MOA and Airport, they'll use
323.000 for Atlanta Center, 363.200 for Jax Center, 371.875 for Savannah
App/Dep and 257.800 for Savannah Tower.
