Heard this guy on 123.45 "entering range, radar on".  Made several runs through 
the range.

He told the other party on freq that he did not have military radios.

Later called Houston Center on 123.45 with his ID and intentions, likely forgot 
to change freqs from 123.45.

The range is within earshot of me, likely probably Fort Polk.

This plane has also been used to haul Sarah Palin around.  Wonder if they were 
shooting at her?  :-)
