Heavily used around here (NW Ohio): 131.125, 131.550
Also used around here but not quite as much: 136.75, 136.80, 130.025, 
130.45.
Haven't monitored in a while: 136.70, 136.925, 129.125, 130.025
Reported as being used by Air Canada but haven't heard personally:  131.475
