[MilCom] [MilRadioComms] Bolt 08 to refuel acft off USN ship

Now Sealord told Bolt 08 to come up on Strike freq 342.325 for comms  with 
Bolt 07.
They are now in air-air comms on the freq, which is the current USS  GHW 
Bush Strike freq.
