[MilCom] U.S. Army Gives Guidelines

  With the implementation of social media sites which government employees do 
have access to,with over 35,000 employees both military and contractors in 
the local area,recently Army Major Juanita Chang,paid a visit to let them know 
what is and isnt allowed,for instance one word can make a lot of difference,they 
do have a guidebook which is 35 pages about what is and isnt allowed on social
