US Navy C-9B "JS 947" (C-9B 161529, Ft Worth NAS VR-46) is departing  
Patrick AFB; he is using VHF ATC freqs.  He arrived a short while ago and  gassed 
up. Here's a picture of him on this gloomy drizzly day here.
