[MilCom] JAZZ F-15s

JAZZ 1 flight of 4 F-15s (NAS New Orleans) is currently up for the flyover
of the race at Texas Motor Speedway.  Talking to regional approach on 363.15
and 306.95.  Air to Air is 280.05.  They are flying somewhere away from the
speedway at 11,500 ft. and I think he said they are still 35 minutes away
from making the pass.  They will be landing at Ft. Worth Alliance following
the flyover on tower freq of 288.15.
