Memphis ARTCC with the RCAG at Meridian uses 351.700 MHz (low alt). There is 
also a high alt sector used by Jacksonville ARTCC (Charleston RCAG) but that 
one should be out of range for you and me unless their is a tropo prop cx in 
effect.
