Guys,

NAVY JU 589 was heard operating in and out of Andrews AFB yesterday.
SBS listing below indicates VR-61 C-9B 159113.  Other info also
indicates VR-61.  JU callsign indicates this one is operating out of,
or for VR-56.  I know that VR-56's last C-9 (159117) is scheduled to
be stricken from the fleet next month.  159113 has been listed as
VR-61.  Is 159113 filling in until the end of C-9s at Oceana, or is
this a case of a longtime assignment change that no one noticed?
