[MilCom] BELCH 02 direct Waterloo

Ed, 

That sounds like the BELCH 02 I had down here earlier this evening. Seems he has been up a long time. His audio down here sounded alot like a U-2 to me, wasnt masked when he was up with Atlanta center 301.4 here. That call is new one for me, never logged it before.
