[MilCom] 8971

Heard the same thing early this morning (Sat, about 1100z) on 4739.0.
Interesting that both freqs are used by FIDDLE at Jax NAS.

Back when FIDDLE was on 8972.0 at times there would be what
sounded like wind blowing in a pipe on the circuit at times.

Maybe interference on the circuit?
