 HOBO 42(F/A-18C) is fed up calls Atlanta Center 299.2 5 times with no response,goes to Victor 133.1750 and then back to UHF at 27,000 feet ,same probl;em CAT 654(T-6A) had earlier at 24,000 feet,seems Sector Controller has a problem answering the UHF side.
