like local xmsn within Fort Belvoir - very clear, VERY strong)
attempting QSY with DRAGO 52 no joy on many attempts.

1820Z  119.300 PT APP - sounded like SLAYER 15 - landing Andrews rwy
1R - xmtr very overmodulated and garbled.

Also around this time, helo for the Fairfax County Police Department,
FAIRFAX 3, was doing mult. apps to Davison AAF rwy 32, then hekiport
32 for pax pickup.  This is a new callsign for me so not sure if
they've recently purchased a new helo - looked like an EC145 to me but
ot 100% sure.
