Corporate Jet with an emergency up on 123.8 Birmingham App,asking what the 
longest runway was and how much fuel they had onboard,1400 pounds,declaring 
IFE,Cleared to land runway 24.

Local GA Single engine left Madison County excutive airport and developed some 
sort of engine trouble near Athens and declares Emergency,Alabama State Troopers 
are notified and shut down I-65,where he makes emergency landing and push the 
plane off roadway,FAA Has people on the scene starting investigation.
