[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - SOSO 24 and SOSO 25 with SKYMASTER traffic

     11175.0 was active at 2311z with SOSO 24 (good levels here)
calling SKYMASTER "with a message of 1 group" and passes Q8BH.  He
apparently received an acknowledgment (unheard here) and gone.  Much
weaker SKYMASTER activity noted but too weak to copy.

     11175.0 was active at 2340z with SOSO 25 (fair/weak levels;
initially id'd himself as "suesue 25" and corrected) calling SKYMASTER
and passing a message of one group.  [Weak but sounded like a repeat
of Q8BH].
