[MilCom] RAGE and KILLER recap

KILLER and RAGE flights from 104thFW MA ANG F-15s went up into Yankee Laser ATCAA today.  They also broke away for fuel from SODA 56 which took off from Pease and refueled them in AR-631 before they rejoined the fight in Yankee.
