[MilCom] ANG BASE RADIOS GONE

What's the name of the air base? (119th Wing, Fargo
http://www.119wg.ang.af.mil/?) (might want to check the federal contracting
site to see if any equipment bid requests/ awards were posted).

Were they using P25 digital or FM on the 162-174 mhz band prior to
disappearing? (this would indicate whether they got new equipment or not).

Are there any other military bases with 50-75 miles of your area & what are
they using for frequencies? (in some instances a different frequency band
will be utilized so not to interfere)
Are there any federal trunking systems in your area? (The base may have been
added to the federal system).

It's strange that they would totally disappear totally. Many years ago, I
think (via a press release) Dover AFB was experimenting with the use of IDEN
technology via a dedicated sites on the base provided by Sprint/Nextel;
however, I don't think that system was being used for critical base support
functions (e.g. base ops, security, fire/crash, & disaster prepardness).
