[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - HYPNOTIZE and ANDREWS

     11175.0 was active at 1848z with HYPNOTIZE (good levels here)
calling ANDREWS and eventually raising OFFUTT (good/fair). HYPNOTIZE
declared that he was trying to raise ANDREWS and gone.  At 1850z
HYPNOTIZE called and eventually raising ANDREWS (unheard here) and
requested that [something; missed it] traffic be passed to his home
station, and stated he wanted to "return all remaining traffic back
into NOVA" and gone.
