[MilCom] 228 and the Global Hawk

228 relayed: 134.975 (Oakland Center)
             132.2 (Oakland Center)
             120.45 (NORCAL Approach)
             276.15 Beale Tower)
wednesday when Hawk 10 landed at Beale.
I edited out all of the civilian comms.  At the end, Roper 35 (T-38)
is talking to tower before taking off.  The relay was terminated before 
Hawk 10 got clearance to land.  This is the first time i've heard 228 relay
NORCAL and Beale tower.  I guess it's possible that 228 is coming
from the Global Hawk but i'm not entirely convinced of this.
