Those are DOUBLESHOT area (W-161/177) frequencies.  GOLIATH and DRAGNET were
both working there this morning along with working nearby BEEFEATER ECM
Range on 354.300.  GOLIATH was in the area first and was replaced by DRAGNET
when they went off station.
