[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - FLY FISH and PULLMOTOR

     11175.0 was active at 2230z with PULL MOTOR (good/fair levels
with lots of power supply hum on his audio at least at initial keying)
working OFFUTT (fair/weak) for a phone patch to a common DSN 271
number but OFFUTT requested that he stand by.

     11175.0 was active at 2232z with ANDREWS (good) bcsting a
28-character EAM (OQJOZH) to ALL STATIONS.  At the conclusion of the
string at 2233z PULL MOTOR (hum etc) popped up and called OFFUTT but
was stepped on by FLY FISH (fair/weak/unreadable levels - lots of
fading during xmsn; sometimes ringing audio) bcsting a 28-character
EAM (OQZF43).  At 2235z ANDREWS was up on frequency over FLY FISH with
their ALL STATIONS bcst of OQZF43.

     At 2238z OFFUTT (weak/fair) called unknown station on 11175 with
no response and gone.

     11175.0 was active at 2243z with FLY FISH (weak/fair with deep
fading; somewhat noisy, ringing audio) bcsting a 28-character EAM
(OQH4BB).  At 2245z ANDREWS was on frequency with an ALL STATIONS bcst
of OQH4BB.
