     15016.0 was active at 1854z with ANDREWS (good levels with
occasional echo during mild fading) bcsting a 295-character EAM
(OPY3EP) containing distinctive, repetitive formatting and ending in a
common 14-character ending block. This transmission was immediately
followed at 1906z with two delayed repeat EAMs of 28 characters each
(JY52SR; JYAKMB).  H+00/h+30 activity.
