Got him on ZBW. It's RESEARCH 2 ALPHA ROMEO


530pm  134.700  ZBW  FL170 turning down track.
533pm  129.825  Wkg unknown ground station with waypoints, GPS antenna, sure sounds like he has a mask on sometimes.
535pm  134.700  ZBW, diverting from our left arc at this time FL17.5
536pm  129.825  Just confirmed about mask.  He said, "no wonder I was feeling funny, my oxygen hose came off"

Note:  No MOAs or Warning Areas are listed in use over NH/ME.  Judging by the freq he is on with ZBW, he's probably up in Yankee MOA 
or around there.
