Sounds like two REACH flights chatting.  Southern accent.  One passed the other, talking about winds, cargo, etc.  One said he just passed Stool, they were going to 11175 to continue.

I had this in the scanner as it is the Wing 3 OPs at CFB Bagotville.  Sure wasn't Canadians chatting!

REACH flights in the area at this time are:
532  on 135.2 (Moncton Center)
141  on 133.45 (ZBW)
126  on 135.2 (Moncton Center)
271  on 133.45 (ZBW)

Possibly two of these were the guys using this freq.

May be an air to air to keep in the scanners for those REACH Hunters.
