     15016.0 was active at 1331z with SMUGGLER (weak/readable levels
here) bcsting a 48-character EAM (AEE6QE) and simulcasting same on at
least 11175.0 (good with deep fading) and 8992.0 (weak/readable) with
nothing heard on 4724.0.  A minute after the conclusion of his string
he was back up on frequency with his "standing by for traffic"
statement and gone.
