[MilCom] 11175.0 - ANDREWS

     11175.0 was active at 1933z with ANDREWS bcsting a 6-character
EAM (OZSMP4) "FOR X-RAY FORCE."  At the conclusion of the string an
aircraft (missed callsign; weak to fair levels) popped up and repeated
the string for apparent confirmation and gone.  He may have been up
prior to the string looking for current message traffic.
