Unusual circumstances as in all the latest package bombs led to extra security 
since they were meeting at a Nuclear facility,Homeland 
Security,Fbi,Anti-Terriost task force members were in place around the 
area,along with aerial assets memtioned along with a couple of DHS aircraft as
