[MilCom] AV-8 LAAT slightly better quality video repost

I'm not totally satisfied with how the video converted to flv on youtube.
But then again this is the first time going past the 42 optical zoom limit
and digitaly zooming to 70x on my camcorder.  This is my copy of the video (both parts)
and is a little bit better quality. You'll have to except the 2.1 Mbps capture 
rate (video is probably only worth 1 Mbps), the 343 MB file size and the wussy
sunrise/rainbow stuff and the beginning.
