[MilCom] 11175.0 - ANDREWS standing by for traffic

     11175.0 was active at 0100z with ANDREWS (fair levels with fading
and echo) bcsting a 32-character EAM (X3472W), a 44-character EAM (X3B
I7Y), and another 44-character EAM (X3S3MV) at ANDREWS' H+00/H+30 EAM
rebroadcast time.  The restorals were also heard on 15016.0, 13200.0
and 8992.0.  Too early for lower freqs at this location. They've been
at it since at least the beginning of the ZULU new day.

     At the completion of the broadcast ANDREWS concluded with the
"standing by for traffic" statement (twice) and out. I haven't heard
that from a ground station in 18 years.
