That had to be E-4B 75-0175. I watched him depart Patrick AFB  this morning 
at 11:55am EDT (1555z) heading north.
   He is using the callsign "Whip 75."
   He had been on the ground since Friday; one engine  continuously 
running, as is their procedure. Fuel trucks supported her day and  night.
